Strawberry Sauce
    3 cups strawberries
  3/4 cup sugar
  1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
 1/16 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon butter
Wash berries.  Crush 1 cup.  Slice 2 cups.  Combine crushed berries, sugar, water, cornstarch and salt.  Cook over medium heat until thick.  Cook 2 more minutes.  Stir in butter.  Chill.  Fold in 2 cups sliced berries.
